The EWPCN Registered Dietitians provide patients with a short-term individualized assessment, navigation to group education and actionable steps to implement into the patient’s life.
In addition to providing treatment interventions and education, the EWPCN’s Registered Dietitians can help navigate patients to group educational workshops about nutrition and healthy living offered by Edmonton Zone PCNs and AHS.
