We are located in the Meadowlark Health and Shopping Centre. The closest entrance to the Edmonton West Primary Care Network is through the main doors on the south east side of the building between Shoppers Drug Mart and Walmart. You can find us across from DynaLife Medical Lab.

Cancellation and No Show Policy:
We understand that things come up from time to time, however with the high demand for patient(s) appointments we have the following cancellation and no-show policy:
Patients may cancel an appointment at any time by phone or voicemail, but we ask if you are no longer able to make your appointment that you call to let us know at least 24 hours before your appointment, please call 780-443-7477
If you cancel three (3) appointments in a row, we will be unable to rebook your appointment and will need a new referral from your doctor.
To ensure there is enough time to care for you, we will need to reschedule your appointment if you arrive 10 minutes after your scheduled appointment time
If you are unable to attend two (2) appointments in a row without letting us know in advance, we will need a new referral from your physician.
We will try to rebook you one time (1) if you were late or if you cancelled. If we leave a message, please return our call within five (5) business days. After that time, the referring provider will be notified.
