Integrity, respect, compassion and patient-centered care.
The EWPCN is committed to creating a welcoming, inclusive, and safe environment for everyone – staff, patients, and the communities it serves. The Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) Priority Initiative represents a significant step toward embedding EDI principles across all aspects of the organization. This initiative will support the development of an organization-wide EDI strategy aimed at fostering a supportive workplace for staff, improving access to care for underserved populations, and ensuring EDI principles guide all policies. Through this work, the EWPCN is building a stronger, more inclusive future.
